Conchoplasty (reduction of nasal conchae)

The most common symptom in patients with conchae hypertrophy is disturbance of breathing. This often causes an inadequate air flow through the nose. During the procedure, the size of the conchae is reduced and the cavity is decongested. All this is done under local anesthesia.
